Sorry, but this is more likely a photo taken in Florida (maybe Camp Tampa) during the Spanish-American War of 1898. The broad brimmed slouch hats on the troopers are a giveaway. It’s probably a reprint from a newspaper, which accounts for the graininess you usually get in CW pics. Although the YMCA was around in 1861, they served as part of the US Christian Commission. I’ve never seen this type of tent, with a YMCA logo, in a CW setting.
